Powerlifting is a strength sport comprised of three main lifts: Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift; with the goal of attaining as much raw strength as possible. Powerlifting program is appropriate for both beginners and competitive experienced powerlifters.
We prioritize teaching proper form and technique and smart programming so that you can reach your strength goals quickly and safely.
Our Powerlifting program is taught by experienced coaches only. Our coaches are certified, and have years of experience both competing and coaching. Both competitive and recreational lifters follow the same smart, structured training program.
We spend a lot of time and energy teaching proper technique; we know if you’re injured, you can’t train. And if you can’t train, you won’t make progress! It’s that simple. We do everything we can to keep you healthy – which means we give you A LOT of technical feedback and support during every session.
